I'll reach out shortly to schedule your on-site estimate. For anything urgent, call (916) 496-4534.
I'm Davyd Mostovyy, the owner and operator of Otter Tree Service. I handle removal, trimming, stump grinding, storm cleanup, and lot clearing for homes and properties across Sacramento and the surrounding counties. Fully insured, on-site estimates, no surprises.
What I Do
From a single hazard limb to a full lot clearing, I bring the gear and handle the paperwork to do it right the first time.
Full removals for hazard, dead, and unwanted trees; including tight-access jobs in tricky yards.
See how it works →Canopy raising, deadwooding, and structural pruning that keeps trees healthy and your property looking sharp.

Add these on to any service so I can handle everything in one visit.
Support codominant limbs and split-prone trunks so a structurally weak tree gets to stay instead of coming down.
Deep-root feeding and soil amendments for trees stressed by compacted clay or a long dry summer.
Fresh mulch from the day's chipping, delivered and spread around your beds instead of hauled away.
Seasonal Program: Limited Slots
Book a fall health & fertilization visit now so your trees head into next summer's heat with stronger roots. Spots fill up fast once the season turns.
The Otter Process
Call, text, or fill out the form and I'll schedule an on-site look at your property, usually within a couple of days.
I measure, assess access and hazards, and hand you a clear, itemized quote before any work begins.
Approve the estimate and pick a date. I confirm equipment and timing so there are no surprises.
I finish the job, haul debris, and walk the site with you before I leave; nothing left behind but a cleared, tidy property.
Big Job, Manageable Payments
Ask your estimator about flexible payment plans for larger removals, storm cleanup, or full lot clearing jobs.
Owner Operated
I'm Davyd, an independent contractor, and I'm the one who comes out to your property. When you call, you reach me; not a call center, a salesperson, or a project manager. I look at the job, give you a straight quote, and do the work myself, so one person is responsible for the schedule, the quality, and the cleanup.
Otter Tree Service isn't a corporate tree company. I'd rather explain your options honestly and walk away from a job than push work you don't need or rush one.

Yes. Otter Tree Service carries full liability insurance, and I'm happy to provide a certificate on request.
Most properties get an on-site walkthrough within a few business days of calling. Storm and hazard-tree calls get bumped to the front of the line.
I haul all brush, logs, and chips off-site as part of the job unless you'd like to keep firewood rounds or mulch; just tell me and I'll leave what you want.
