Brush clearing, defensible-space work, and full lot prep; so your land is ready for building, grazing, or fire-season peace of mind.
Not every clearing job is about building; plenty of my clients are creating defensible space around a home in the foothills, opening up an overgrown lot before it's listed, or reclaiming pasture that's grown over with brush and volunteer trees.
I start with a walkthrough to mark what's coming out and what's staying; defensible-space and fire-agency guidelines are about spacing and fuel load, not clear-cutting, so a good plan usually keeps your best trees while opening up the ladder fuels and brush underneath. Larger acreage jobs are quoted by the day or by the acre depending on density and access.
Clearing quotes cover cutting, chipping, and hauling brush and small trees; larger trunks are handled as a removal line item, and stumps can be ground flush as part of the same visit; see my stump grinding page for details. Mulch and chip material can stay on-site if you'd rather use it than have it hauled.
